Question aftr J-Pouch take down two weeks post op

For me, everything is going great! Better than I was expecting

My question is that I keep getting, what I would have to best describe as a spasm in my rear. Its a feeling of needing to use the bathroom. It does pass in 15 to 30 seconds or so. Anyone else feel something like this? Like I said, I am only two weeks post op. Will this get better over time I hope.

Thanks to everyone for all of the stuff I have read, it truly has helped a ton!

Yes I still get it once in awhile but it's usually when I hold in when I have to go to the bathroom. So I think when there is a build up and my pouch is saying to me, "Release me please"!!!
