Pushing, pressure, pain in the closed off Barbie butt

I have been having some really bad lower back pain lately (more than my usual) and finally went to see my GP who changed me from NSAIDs to tylenol 4grms/day (doesn't like NSAIDs for my kidneys)...but I just realised that I have been having some really heavy pressure 'down there' for a while, pushing like something wants to come out of there (it has been closed for 33yrs!)...like there is something sharp in there that is moving around and I am getting what feels something like a fissure (cracking, cutting, burning pain)...no idea what this is.
I have been excessively tired but I haven't connected the 2 things before.
The last time I had these symptoms was 25yrs ago and it was 2 tumors in the cul de sac of Douglas. (the curve made out of the sacrum/coxxys where the rectum used to be).
Any other ideas? No fever. Just pressure and pain. Doing bloodwork this week and will ask for an ultrasound if needed. My BP is really high too for some strange reason.

I think you are on the right track and would take all of your symptoms and pains to whatever doctor you think can get a CTscan ordered for you. Maybe ultra sound will do the same thing, it just seems like that is the go to test they like to order for me all the time.

I don't think your pain sound normal at all.

Went to work this afternoon and managed the pain ok but the pressure feels like I have a melon in there...I am starting to think that it just may be a small abscess that is causing it...will have it confirmed with an ultrasound this week.

I had that pain, it turned out to be an abscess. They installed a transglutinal drain. (worst pain except for an exposed tooth root). I think it was in for 16 days. I don't recall exactly, I was pretty doped up. I was told the more muscular your butt is the worse it hurt. I guess I have the buns of steel!

I have this. My MRI ruled out an abcess when I was at the CC. I feel like a watermelon wants to come out of me. I cal it a "butt baby". Mine seems to be from FAP. I have cysts that have formed all over the nerves where the rectum was removed. Shen tried to kill those nerves when I was at CC but it didn't work so mine seems to be a deeper issue. I am going to See J. Cheng to try to block the nerves now. Top 6th pain management doctor in the world. Can't hurt to try. I had some small fluid. I also have a sausage for a fallopian tube but not sure that would cause the pain. The pressure really gets to me.

I finally checked and 2 holes have opened up in the back, just over the scars of the anal closure...they burn like crazy and they felt damp...could be something in there got irritated and is leaking out.

Please get to a doctor ASAP, that doesn't sound good at all. Maybe you've been so tired as your body have been trying to fight off an infection. You have had surgeries on your abdomen lately.

Funny enough it looks like ulcers! I have been taking baths with sea salt, soaking nightly and have started using a drop of neosporin on it...still burns.
Will make an apt with Doctor after I have had my bloodwork done.
