Do any of you ladies have Pudendal Neuralgia? I have a burning pain of my right labia. It gets worse in the evening. It feels burning and swollen but it is not swollen or raw. This has been going on for 2 years. My doc never sees anything there. For a while i thought it was my fistula but now I am not leaking and the burning pain is still there. any ideas of what is going on.

I just found out I had this! I've been getting nerve injections and doing acupuncture to help it, I just posted my story under General Discussion if you wanna take a look

If you can find a pelvic pain physical therapist I encourage you to go to one. I am finding it helpful while I wait for the medical doctor who specializes in this.
