I just started working out again after a few years' hiatus. I have been driniking whey protein smoothies at the gym after my workouts and drinking one or two whey proein shakes on my non-workout days. All contain only 20mg of protein. I was curious if anyone has had any issues with protein shakes, etc. with regards to their pouch or digestion in general. So far things have been OK, but any info on how much is too much or any other issues would be appreciated.
