I have a few questions:
1. Is it true that because we don't absorb our food optimally, it is easier for our bodies to absorb if we drink things with the nutrition such as protein smoothies?
2. I began making myself a protein smoothie every day and I've been feeling overall much fuller and more energetic throughout the day as compared to how I used to feel when I'd just eat things. Is this to be expected?
3. I put a scoop of whey protein, milk, a banana, and 6 strawberries. What do you use?
