Does anyone have a recommendation for a protein shake without fiber? (for obvious reasons). I am looking for a nutritional drink to supplement meals. Thanks.

I drink a product called Raw Protein. You can buy small packets just to try it without buying a whole container. I mix milk with it twice a day. A little grainy but tastes good. I don't have a pouch any longer but am trying to put on weight and this works well with eating regular meals.
I have put on 9 pounds in the past three weeks.... Which is way more than I ever expected. I drank it with the pouch and was not gaining anything. My normal weight is 175.
After my last hospital stay I was down to 128. Terrible.
If you are not looking to gain just use water.
I also get the chocolate flavor. I have tried other shake samples but this is one I truly like. The others were well... Ugh!
Lmk if you try it.
I don't know where you live but I can get it at a local grocery store otherwise it would have to be bought at a nutritional type store.

Hi, I found making my own to be much better. A lot of the pre made contain milk which does not work well for me.
I have used both vegetable based protein and whey based. I found the vegetable based to be a little more gas producing but overall no issue with either. I would recommend using rice or almond milk and not cow's milk. Always use a banana helps bind everything.
On top of the banana i usually add any combination of berries, peaches, pineapple and mangos.
It absolutely help me put on weight which I had trouble with after surgery.
I use BioChem 100% Whey Protein, found at Whole Foods. It was recommended to me by my nutritionist, who likes it for its high protein content (20g per serving). I find the vanilla flavor to be a delicious daily breakfast shake!
Thank you all for your responses. I guess it will be trial and error until I find something that works for me. Happy Holidays!
Yes... I looked until I found something I liked.
Of course I started with sample packs from the health store. The one I went to was more than happy to hand out samples.
Just a suggestion.
Good luck.
Richard.
