I don’t think a pouch prolapse fixes itself - it’s generally a surgical repair, at least if it’s a full-thickness prolapse. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, and I hope it doesn’t give you too much trouble. While you’re waiting for an appointment with your surgeon the same advice for preventing a prolapse applies: keep your stool soft, and when on the toilet patiently relax the muscles holding in the stool, rather than using lots of pressure to push it out. If you run into serious problems trying to empty your pouch you can use a catheter, but this is sometimes a struggle, too. Good luck!
