Re: proctofoam with j pouch

I don't know why I'm Leary about it but is it okay to take proctofoam with a j pouch? Doctor prescribed it and I know she's a doctor and knows what she's doing but I mentioned I took some before and feel it may have influenced her on that..when I took it I did not have a j pouch...reason for taking is my description of feeling inflamed on my bottom.

I've used it many times and I didn't have any odd effects. Try it and if you feel that it's not working, call your doc back and let her know.

They often prescribe this for cuffitis. You will be fine and it should help after a week or more
