I’ve recently started consciously eating some probiotic rich foods and kefir yougurts for no other reason than to hopefully aid with mild occasional bloating I’ve had with my Jpouch. However it seems to have caused significantly more bloating, pain, gas & general upset. I was led to believe it would do the opposite! Anyone else experienced these ‘side effects’ with probiotics?
