Do they make probiotic suppositories?

No, but some folks here have filled gelatin capsules for rectal use or used probiotics in enemas. Seems to make sense, but I don't recall lasting resilts with it. Perhaps it is because there is insufficient time to colonize.

I tried injecting it into my k pouch when I was getting repeat infections and cysts...i also tried washing my pouch out with sea water for a week...although I do think that my pouch function improved it did not cure the problem.

Very few trials have been done on probiotics at all. Vsl and symprove are 2 that have been proven to thrive in the gut (when swallowed). There is some evidence that yakult (a sturdy single strain of man made probiotic) can survive but at reduced viability, the potency depends greatly on individual and diet.
The point is that there is a science to get probiotics from the mouth to the bowel through stomach acid. many probiotics are designed with a buffer that needs stomach acid to activate the probiotic (I know for a fact biokult and symprove work this way, I suspect all the freeze dried probiotics do too... At least the ones that 'work').. there is a real science to this.
Taking probiotics as a suppository sounds like a good idea, except if it has been designed to be inert until exposed to acid, then your effectively just stuffing inactive bacteria in your butt. Additionally with us ostomates or pouchers, even if the probiotic was active it wouldn't remain in location long enough to be beneficial.
In summary buy a good quality probiotic with the most research as possible and take it as intended! it still may be a waste of money (it hasn't really been proven either way). But this gives you the best chance of seeing a benefit.
For the record im a regular probiotic user, and I totally 'believe' in the benefits, so not intentionally being negative, but using it out of spec is pointless and may even do harm.
