Pressure in my pouch

I am wondering if anyone else has this issue. I am 14 months post takedown. My ilieo was on my right side. Anytime I roll over at night on my right side, I wake up with the feeling of pressure in my pouch. and have to go to the bathroom. good night's sleep is hard enough to come by. Any ideas?

I have the same issue when I sleep on my right or left side so I sleep on my back most of the night. I tend to have leaks when I sleep on my side also.
