Hi everyone, hope all is well during these crazy times.
I'm scheduled for a pouchogram tomorrow AM, to check for any narrowings, kinds, folds, etc in the pouch area.... Been having some straining and pain at times.
My surgeon has retired, so I only deal with my GI, who ordered the test at a local hospital rather than where I used to go. I got a bit concerned while making the appt as, still, most are not familiar with the pouch setup. It took a while to get the prep instructions:
4 ducolex tonight
Water enema in AM
How does that sound to everyone? Can't recall my previous preps for grams or scopes.
Also, any concern going with a new radiologist for this? My GI says it's similar to a basic lower BE and he's comfortable with me going to the local hospital.
Thanks,
Ken
