Pouchitis symptoms with K pouch

I know bleeding is a symptom, but I don’t see any indication. (Will get test at pharmacy. ) What other symptoms have K Pouchers experienced?

My PCP, thinks my anemia is caused by pouchitis. I’m not so certain as no bloating, bleeding, or other such symptoms.
