Pouchitis?

Long story... my son had a partial obstruction. He is doing okay now - pain gone, etc.. He is on prednisone for the new few weeks for inflammation. The problem he is having though - he does not have diarrhea but yet he feels like he has to go and has small accidents. He also takes 500 mg of Cipro per day, Align Probiotic, and 2 lomotil 4 times a day. Very puzzled as to why this is happening and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
