Just a quick question, tomorrow marks two weeks since my k pouch installment, yet I'm still having quite a bit of abdominal pain. Is it suppose to hurt this long? The stool is flowing just fine, I'll still have the catheter in for two more weeks, I'm guessing once I can remove it, it will take some stress off my organs. I also had my rectum removed, and it hurts a lot, it's still seeping a bit of blood and what looks like a small amount of stool, but how could that be possible if my rectum is gone? It's super sensitive and hurts to sit. I'm wearing adult diapers to absorb the leakage, just don't know how long his will last, do you? I don't see Dr Cohen for my F/U for two weeks. What was your recovery like? Did you have any of these problems, and if so, what did you do about it? Thanks, much love,
