possible "problems" linked to my colectomy ??

I had a total colectomy with a resection of my small intestine to my rectum in 2011 . Since I have had multiple illnesses . To name a few pneumonia twice, shingle, malaise, dehydration (severe) , vitamin D & K deficiency to name a few. I hardly ever have a day without pain in my hips and legs. Just by chance I ran across this group as I searched AGAIN on the internet for answers because my Drs are stumped. I have said all along this has to be related some way to the colectomy and compromised immune system since the surgery. Has anyone experienced any of this . Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.
