Possible cuffitis or pouchitis?

Is it possible to attract one of these before takedown? How would it possible feel if this is the case?

I feel some pressure on and off during the day, after i evacuated mucus i get like small spasms down there.. It goes away after a while.

I'm having reversal in about two weeks and a scopes the day before. But now I'm getting conserned there's something wrong..

This seems pretty common, even though it’s unpleasant. I’d be surprised if what you’ve described were cuffitis or pouchitis.
