Have any of you gotten back into strenuous physical activity? I'd like to get back into skiing and have been thinking of re-joining a semi competitive coed soccer league. I've been weight lifting for several months now and have gotten stronger and gained weight. I have no problems golfing, fishing, or running in short spurts. For what it's worth, I am a 27YO male. I feel great at the moment and have gained back a significant amount of weight after having complications from chronic pouchitis. I had my takedown in January of 2021.
