HI all,
I haven't had pouchitis for a while so now I can't recall....does it cause anyone abdominal pain? I have this burning-like mild pain all over my lower abdomen, like a big irritation or something. It isn't horrible but it is very annoying. I also have blood and watery stools. I have some other conditions that cause pelvic pain but the pain for those is different than this. Does it sound like pouchitis or some kind of inflammation?

Pouchitis is usually characterized by inflammation and it usually causes a crampy kind of pain or discomfort.
I have never seen blood with pouchitis. That is concerning.
I agree- I have never had blood with pouchitis.
It's actually pretty common to have blood with pouchitis, esp. if it is cuffitis. I've had it for years and my GI said it happens. Even if you look at Cleveland clinic website, it is listed as a symptom. But I'm glad neither of you have had to deal with it! I'm more enquiring about the pelvic pain 
Hello Duck11. I am experiencing what you describe with sharp abdominal pains. I also get blood but not much. What did you do to relieve the abdominal pains?

I had loads of pain with my pouchitis, particularly when it became chronic. I actually thought I had a hot gallbladder or bowel obstruction, but those were ruled out.
