pain old ileo site

using the bathroom and a bad pain from old ileo site.looked at it and my old scar was contracting. very bad pain for about 20 secs. and then stopped.been 2 years since been hooked back up.anybody have an idea???????

Sounds like adhesions to me. They are formed within the first few weeks of surgery, last forever, and could cause problems at any time just like you describe. Out of the blue, BAM you have pain, then can resolve just as quickly. The ostomy site is the most common site for problematic adhesions.
