Pain at takedown site. 20 year poucher Hernia?

I'm having some slight pain and discomfort at takedown site. Wondering if it could be a hernia. Male, 20 years with pouch. I've not really had this feeling. I'm going to the bathroom ok. Just had bout of pouchitis. Thinking of seeing GI doc. Anyone experience this?
