Hi all!

So I have had a j-pouch take down for about 3 months now. I have had one major complication that has lead to three sigmoidoscopys. I’m not sure if it has left  nerve damage or this is Normal but when I stand for prolonged periods of time,  soemtimes not standing, and many times after BMs I will have inflammation or throbbing pain at the anus region. Many times when standing you will find me bent over holding my knees in an attempt to take pressure off of the area. It hurts to a point that I have to take pain meds and doesn’t seem to be improving. Do people generally experience this, will it go away, is there anything I can do to help improved quality of life here? Thoughts?
