Hi
Over the past 2 weeks I have had a really strange pain sensation in my throat. I feels as off food is stuck and it gets really painful. It then spreads to the rest of my chest and torso.
Has anyone else felt the same thing?

Manchester - does this happen out of the blue, or during some activity, such as eating, exercising, etc.?
Something similar happens to me, but only while eating. Not sure what it is, maybe GERD?

It happens out of the blue. I can just be sitting doing nothing and it comes on really strong.

I dont get exactly that. But I do have a hard time swallowing sometimes.Followed by massive chest pains.I usually have to lye down flat on my back, to make it go away. It usually comes out of nowhere. I am a super stressed out person. So maybe
Maybe you have something like a hiatal hernia. It is pretty common, and it is associated with GERD, which is also common.
