i was on Cipro and worked great for the past week. Now starting to get pouchitis symptoms again. I know several here rotate antibiotics. What would be next in the rotation? I have flagyl and rifaxamin. Any help would be appreciated.

The order doesn’t really matter as long as they all work. It sounds like Cipro may not be working very well for you. A 2-3 week rotation would be better than a weekly switch. I’d suggest finding which ones work for you before fixing on a rotation.
