Hello friends,
Do any of you notice signs or symptoms prior to full on pouchitis? I noticed I was extremely fatigued prior to mine but nothing was different as far as stool and frequency of going. Would love to know your experiences!

Pouchitis hits different people different ways. My first sign of it (or at least what I notice first) is leakage and urgency, including at night.
My stools begin to smell horribly bad. That's usually my first indication that it's back.
