This one, Teliaoils, had amazing reviews on Amazon (1oz Oil of Oregano, Super Strenght 83-85% Carvacol, Pharmaceutical Grade. Wild Oregano From Greek Mountains), but since it's crazy concentrated, it has to be diluted if you are take it internally. Are you buying it already encapsulated or are you diluting and encapsulating yourself?

Other stats:
•is Top Quality and very effective has 83.00- 85% Carvacrol rating! Low Thymol Rating (less than 2%).
•Its from Greek Mountains Wild oregano "origanum vulgare", 100% Non-GMO, 100% Organic
•100% Steam Distilled. Zero chemicals use to process: Free of fillers, artificial ingredients, pesticides and other chemical residues
•100% Certified, Pure, Therapeutic Grade A essential oil - wild-crafted
•1oz / 30 ml - Made in Greece - Can be taken aromatically, topically, and/or internally
ciz81, I have been taking the oregano oil for a couple months now with success. I use do terra oil as it was recommended by a functional MD with the correct combination of ingredients and right concentrate. You MUST take the drops in a veggie cap and the do terra oils come in a dropper. You need to start out with a smaller dose like 2 drops in the Am and 2 drops at night then go to 3, then 4 drops 2X day then if needed go to 4 drops 3X a day which is what I am doing. Do it slowly see how your body reacts. I heard Joy of the mountains brand also meets the criteria necessary as well. There are so many strengths of oregano oil pills and you can't control dosage as well that it is not recommended.
