I'm asking for others experience with obstructions  I am not sure if that is what is happening to me or not   

For the third time since having the perm lloop ileo  surgery I had massive pains this weekend.  I couldn't eat and was in pain for a couple of days. I felt nauseous.  The pain was higher up than crohns pain. Like more in the stomach area. Kind of crampy but hard to explain.  I finally took a pain pill and slept for two hours last night.   I woke up, vomited, amd started feeling better after.  I didn't eat again until today and I'm eating very lightly.   Still had some output in the bag during all of this.  

Could that be an obstruction??  I thought if it was I would have gas or have a lot of output when it cleared since it pushed through.  Nothing like that happened.  It just seemed to go away. 

Just looking to see if anyone with an obstruction would be willing to share the symptoms and how it resolved.  I was going to call my dr today but what do I say since it is resolved for me.  (I hope!)
