A little background before explaining my current situation. I had my takedown in March. I have Crohn's and have had 8 surgeries over the last two years due to abscesses and severe inflammation. A scope last week revealed a very deep ulcer in my pouch. My output is normally very frequent (+12x/day). However, since 1:30 today I have not gone at all, other than droplets of blood (from the ulcer, I assume). I did eat an apple, and chips and guacamole for lunch, but nothing since. Beginning around 7pm tonight I have had very sharp cramping pains, and I look very bloated. I have not vomited but I am extremely nauseous. I have tried drinking hot tea but feeling so nauseous has turned me away from wanting to drink anything. Thoughts? Thank you!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Are you passing gas? If you aren't passing anything sounds like a total obstruction and you'll be feeling very bad, probably vomiting, soon. Partial obstruction is similar but for me, I was usually able to pass a little gas or stool.
I've have several obstructions and they are not comfortable. You know your body and when something doesn't feel right.
I hope everything turns out well.
