Anyone have any suggestions/recipes for "pre-chewed" protein bars!?
My first attempt (in my mind, not my kitchen) is: almond butter mixed with whey protein powder, vitamin C powder (natural stuff like acerola & camu camu) and honey.
I plan on carrying this in a small glass jar in my purse with a spoon as an alternative to a protein bar, which often have sharp nuts and hard-to-chew coconut.
Don't get me wrong- i'm not against chewing! But some days I don't want to take the chance.
