Not feeling well

Lately I’ve not been feeling well in the inside of my stomach. My pouch makes so much noise as well. Do anyone know what I can eat or drink to feel better? I also feel so drained. I take Budesonide 9 mg daily for chronic pouchitis

Maybe yogurt might help since it has probiotics in it and oatmeal too.

I stick with Greek Yogurt since it has probiotics and lots of protein in it.
