Future_Jpouch_PatientMember

Could this ever work for an end ileo? Or a failed Jpouch? It is currently for an end colostomy. They could just theoretically divert the failed Jpouch to the leg and use something like this? I don't know - I have no medical knowledge but many of you have lots of experience and thoughts.
