The last week I have had diarrhea more that usual, were talking 8+ watery stools a day. usually my BM's are not water, so this is unusual. I do not have much of an appetite, my stomach has a burning, achy feeling throughout. I cant pin point exactly where. It feels like its in the middle region of my abdomen though. Im not throwing up, but am nauseaus off and on. Just not hungry. I am having an unusualy hard time staying hydrated due to the frequent BM's. I usually can sleep through the night without going, and have been up at least 2X recently. Im not sure whats going on, I have not had these symptoms before. I have lost 6 pounds in the last 6 days. I have had my J pouch for nearly 10 months. Is this maybe Pouchitis? I thougt it could be a virus, but it doesnt seem to be going away. Any help is greatly appreciated, as I dont really have a dr. that knows much about issues with J pouches. If indeed that is what this has to do with.
