I have had a j pouch since 2005. I have had a few rough patches , but nothing I could not handle. Recently things have got crazy, I have had episodes of shutdown, I have had Iron transfusions for anemia. My doctor done a scope and dilation. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. He ordered a MRI and it showed two spots 1 inch in diameter on the back side of pouch. He then ordered a pet scan. It showed the same thing. They recommended that I have a biopsy. My doctor then ordered a CT Scan waiting on the results. My doctor does not think that it is a growth. I do not like the unknown. Has anyone had this experience.?

No, sorry, I have had lots of side effects and weird symptoms, but nothing like that. Keep us posted on what they find.
