I have a J pouch. In April of this year I had the final 2nd operation.
I need your advice.
On average I feel good about 70% of time (I go to the toilet 6 times without any urgency)
There are days on average once a week that I'm just worse ...
I have some feeling like my bowels are "chill" I have to repeatedly on the toilet and feel irritable.
I'm 185 cm tall and weighing only 62 kilograms.
On Thursday I started to train snares and skirts and I feel worse today, I had to go to the toilet over 10 times.
I have not trained for a long time, I want to bring at least a solid form, but it seems like this effort immediately creates problems.
Note: I think smoking causes me a similar situation.
What are your experiences? Tip, anything ...
I do not have anyone in my environment to turn to these problems.
I want to feel good, to have normal weight and to have enough energy.
Thanks everyone !

6 months out from your surgery, things should be turning a corner, improving little by little. Some people just never gain much weight, but you should be gaining some by now to feel healthy.

Since your symptoms are intermittent, it would seem most likely to be diet related. Yes, smoking can stimulate the gut, as does caffiene. I have no clue what “train skirts and snares” means, so I cannot address that.
