That looks AMAZING!!!! I definitely may have to check that out! Looks pretty cool!
How did you come up with the title??? That is perfect!!!!
How did you come up with the cover art??? That is perfect too!!!
Hi Lauren , thanks . The title was just how my life has felt at times over the last few years. The cover art was just an image from shutterstock , I wanted something that was striking and relevant to the content in the book . It’s something I have been thinking about writing for a while , but after my recent surgery 10 weeks ago I felt the time was right . Also helps being off work and having the time to do it .
This book is not free on Amazon. It is listed for 3.75.
Aee
Oops I apologise, it is free with kindle unlimited.

Your welcome I totally understand! Having UC which is IBD and a Autoimmune disease is definitely not fun. The cover art matches everything perfectly!
Do you think you might want to write a sequel on how life is with a J-pouch after some time???
Lauren , I’ve had my J-pouch for 8 years now and probably have enough experiences to write another book lol .

So true!! I just had one infection in my small intestine and pouch but antibiotics cleared it up, one time thing though. i only get constipated if I really overeat lol.

I did in my early takedown days; early 2015. After a while, it started to clog me up really badly. I have not taken it in 5 years. I wish I could take it but its definitely not for me anymore. I go 13-20X a day so I meant to do that lol.
How about you? Do you take it?
@Lauren Of Emerald City yes before my operation I was taking 9 a day . But being of work sick an din the house all day I have not had any in weeks , this is leading to increased toilet trips obviously .
