I had Surgury back in October to build a new pouch n an ostomy done. For the last two weeks I have been having muscle spasms 3+ an hour. When this happens I have no control over my pouch. I've had to start wearing depends. My doctor told me this is normal?!? My concern is that I may have an infection or be having a flare Cus I've also had tons of sores in my mouth and my stomach burns when I eat food. I've read lots is blogs about people having them after takedown not before?!? Don't know what to do? Hard to work when it's happening so often. It also doesn't smell the greatest. It's also very painful but pain meds don't seem to do much. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
