Just wondering if anyone has experimented with muscle relaxers. I've taken them a couple times just recently but I think it is relaxing my sphincter too much where I have to use the bathroom much more. Has anyone had the same experience??

Hmm I excercise my muscles 200 times every other nigh
If you just got pouche then you will have cramping iris internally painful

No I don't take them for my bowels I take them for other parts of my body.

I take muscle relaxers, Flexeril, and now Robaxin. Never had any gut issues with them. But, it was a good 10-12 years post op before I started needing them. I don't take stronger stuff like Valium, Soma, or baclofen, that are more for acute problems or spasticity.

I take diazapam for rectal spasms. Haven't had a problem with leakage.
