Multiple Bowel Obstructions?

So I am now on my 6th bowel obstruction in a year and a half which is since the 2nd surgery. Hospitalized 4 times and the other two passed on their own. Does anyone else have this recurring problem? If so, was it managed by surgery or did you find some solution of your own? I am now pregnant also so a surgical solution will need to wait so if anyone had them during pregnancy, info on how that was treated would also be helpful.

After having four obstructions in a three month period I started seeing a physical therapist who specializes in a technique, Myofascial Release that breaks up scar tissue.
So far it has worked, I have not had an obstruction in almost one year.
