Any suggestions for the best multi-vitamin for a postmenopausal woman with IBD? Other supplement suggestions would be great. Thanks .

I'm 52 and I use Alive Max 3 vitamins. I take the pill form three times a day. I know some prefer the liquid, but the liquid of Alive tastes horrible so I stick with the pills. So far they have worked well for me.
I also take Fish Oil, turmeric, calcium, vitamin d3, Align probiotic, and milk thistle. I've done this for a while as part of my health routine.
Thank you so much!
Instead of taking multivitamins, I eat cereal a lot. Cereal has a lot of vitamins in there. I have cereal for breakfeast and I get vitamins at the same time. Getting two things done at once lol.
I take Iron pills, calcium pills, magnesium pills in addition too though.
