mucus

I have what seems like a fair bit of slimy thin mucus in the pouch. As I have a pouch-vaginal fistula, it gives the opportunity to see it. I usually have stool coming through. The last few days it is mainly mucus which I don't usually have. Infection? Inflammation? Just normal? Thanks.
