I havent been on much lately because things are going really well. I think Im about 4 months out now but Ive kind of stopped counting. I know initially one of the more frustrating tasks was trying different methods of slowing things down/thickening things up. I decided a couple of weeks ago I really wanted to introduce vegies and fruit back into the diet. As soon as I did this I had leakage. Ive just come up with a winning combination that has just today allowed me to eat an orange, 2 mandarines and a vegie stir fry for tea with no consequences. Before each meal I have two gastro stops and after each meal, 2 de-gas tablets (which are basically just pepermint tablets) and 3 marshmallows. It might seem like a hassle but Im almost forgetting I have the pouch. I just thought I would share in case anyone is looking to try a new method.
