When I first got megapouch in 2014, there wasn’t much on it. I think I found one poster presentation buried in some conference proceedings.
Now there’s a good paper by Preeti Shashi and Bo Shen. (And if you want to know what megapouch is, read this paper!)
But it’s a rare complication, less than 1%, so no need to worry too much about it. And it tends not to show up until ten years in.
