mayo clinic doc recs

Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for GI docs and colorectal surgeons to see at Mayo Clinic? I'm looking for someone who specifically specializes in pouch excision. Thanks!

Are you talking about Mayo's in Rochester, MN? If so my GI there is Dr. Edward Loftus, Jr. He's the director of the IBD clinic there. If you can't get an appointment with him I'd suggest you get an appt. with someone else. Every other GI and medical professionals that I've dealt with have been great. It sounds like you really need a surgeon and I can't help you there.
