Yes, I went to Mayo Clinic in Rochester specifically because of problems due to antibiotic resistant chronic pouchitis.  I had my J-Pouch surgery about 24 years ago and had been  rotating antibiotics ever since.  I was getting along, although not very well, but started losing too much weight so went to Mayo in 2019.  They are GREAT, they did 5 different tests my GI in Colorado never suggested.  It gave me a lot of good information about what was and was not working regarding my pouch.  They recommended I try Humira first, then when that did not help I went on Entyvio.  I have been on it ever since and am doing much better, although I still take Cipro daily.

I went back to Mayo for their 2 week biofeedback therapy in 2020 to try to address difficulty emptying my pouch.  Turned out I have a long rectal cuff which could not be addressed by the that therapy, but I found a different work-around for that problem,
