After talking to a dietitian who is an expert in digestive disorders (I have had a pouch five years but still had a lot of trouble), I was disappointed. I hate cooking, and her suggestions seemed like more work than I want to do, plus I am fighting carpal tunnel. They were basically buy vegetables, cook them, and add them to foods. Then I remembered the low residue diet, and though I may have asked this before (I have a vague memory of it) I wanted to know if anyone has found a way to do that is not a lot of extra effort. In anyone else or the person who cooks for them in this situation?  I would love any advice, including recipes, but I cook for someone who will not eat anything but potatoes as a carb.
