I currently still have a loop ileostomy on the right side of my stomach and have struggled with dehydration and liquid output. Although I'm not asking about that right now I'm wondering about the small stoma that doesn't have output. That part of the ileostomy leads to the j-pouch or in my case I have an s-pouch. Last bag change I had the stoma that never has output leaking fast into my bag. That is normally the substance that comes out of my bottom. I was given a shot and lomotil to slow my output in the active stoma. Lately I've been experiencing stomach pains on my left side. And I haven't had output from my butt in a couple days. Could that be from lomotil or should I worry? I don't know if it's possible for the s-pouch to close up or not. I do have a little blood when I wipe too. I'm starting to get worried and would just like a second opinion.
