Loop ileo/jpouch issues

Looking for help answering my questions below I had my jpouch and loop ileo created in May.Recovery has been ok, not till this week.

1) I am having pressure feelings of passing little gas from my unhooked jpouch is this normal

2) I have deep pain in my right buttock I really have to be careful when sitting down or standing up, what are the symptoms of an abcess. Could I be having one. at the moment I feel ok no fever just the buttock pain, I would like to say prior to this pain I went 3 days without passing anything from the pouch , and when I started passing mucus it was substantial and started feeling the pain
