Liquid stools are so confusing to me. I never know what harm they cause other than dehydration and butt burn. When I eat stuff with sugar I tend to have loose stools for a day or two, depending on how much I ate. I don’t have increased frequency or anything, just liquid. Is this normal for everyone? My surgeon told me I should avoid liquid stools as much as possible but so many people here have said they prefer them. Personally, I only see a problem with them if I don’t hydrate well. When I eat well I have like applesaucy (gross sorry) textured stools which is what I prefer. Anyways, my overall question is are liquid stools every once in a while normal and OK and does everyone get them? Thanks!
