had my redo almost 4 weeks ago now and so far everything seems to be going ok. going to get back into work for 2-3 hours a day starting Wednesday or Thursday but question on the mucous leakage. I had a redo with hand sewn and mucousectomy and I know leakage is normal this early on. For now i have just been stuffing toilet paper in my buttcrack but when I'm out and about at work i would like to use a liner or pad. My only question there is it would only line my underwear and i would still get mucous between my cheeks and make it all slippery. is there a type of liner or pad that would go more into the buttcrack to prevent this??

How about B-Sure Pads? Seems to be what you are looking for.

Not sure if these would be big enough, but I stick a cotton round (makeup remover pad) over my fistula hole which catches the drainage. Cotton rounds are found near cotton balls in any store. Fairly inexpensive. Glad to hear you're doing OK.
If you want to pick up something like B-Sure pads at your hospital supply, ask for ARD pads. Same thing.

i looked on Edgepark Medical which is my supply company and nothing comes up in search as far as ARD or B SURE pads???
ok Edgepark carries nothing like these BSURE PADS, I just got off the phone with them. is there another medical supply company i can check? names? and would they have to be covered under my insurance? would i need to call Medical Mutual to find out?
No, I doubt these would be covered under insurance. I was talking about your local hospital supply store or drug store, in case you needed them quickly. Sometimes the surgical clinic will provide dressing materials, but usually it is just for the immediate post op period. Refills, you are on your own.
Shouldn't be expensive. They aren't expensive on Amazon.com.

You can also order B-Sure pads directly through the manufacturer's site, it would appear:
Congratulations! I'm glad you are doing so well and are easing back to work already
