Lichen Planus, anyone?

Lichen Planus, is a 'Lovely" automunie skin rash I have had since childhood- long before I was aware of my UC, PSC and my J-pouch. It comes and goes over the years- with no known reason for what causes it to flare or go away. I has recently flared up again in the past two years much worse than in the past.

Has anyone else had to deal with this? So far, It has been contained to my legs, although it can spread to other areas. Admittedly, when all the other issues to deal with it has seemed the least of my problems but now that I am in a rather stable place, I'd like to focus on get a handle on it.

Any comments, suggestions re greatly appreciated.
